Brant was one of three artists touring Florida as part of the Face the Music Tour to support Democratic candidates around the state, as well as performing at two shows to support Climate Change action. He, Pete Kronowitt (with bass player John Coppola) and John Elliot played seven shows in seven days from Miami to Pensacola. Brant’s song, “Let’s Get Out the Vote,”was sung at the end of several shows, with all artists joining in.
Brant says, “I had a wonderful time touring with Pete Kronowitt, John Elliott, and John David Coppola, who were fantastic touring companions and kept it fun even through the most stressful moments of the tour. Everyone contributed personally and artistically in their own unique way and added to the experience for not only the audiences but for each other on our trip. It was also so great to meet and to perform with the other artists who we met on the tour and who played at some of the shows: Laura Sue Wilansky, Piper Spencer, Lou Dominguez, Matthew Sabatella, Billy Livesay, Annie Wenz, Alexander Star, Arsimmer McCoy, Jose Mrocheck, Elsten Torres, Jon Wolfe, Weeds of Eden, Shana Smith with support from Sue White-Baisley, Ellen Siegel, and many others.
